We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Associate to join our team. This position offers an exciting chance to engage with customers, showcase products, and contribute to a positive golf experience.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting golfers with inquiries and purchases
Answer the phone, address inquiries and book tee times in an efficient, customer focused fashion
Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries
Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and tasks

Skills
Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
Experience in retail sales or related customer-facing roles
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS)



systems is a plus
Golf knowledge is considered a strong asset
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.60 per hour
