We are hiring for active patrol and high-visibility roles not for guards who stand around or use their phones.

These sites are closely monitored by clients , and performance expectations are high. WHAT YOULL DO Patrol assigned areas to maintain safety and order Deter and respond to thefts, disturbances, and suspicious activity Apply approved Use of Force techniques when necessary, following policy and law Monitor, document, and report incidents promptly and accurately Maintain solid, professional presence at all times (tactical vest required) Operate E-Armour mobile reporting app for checkpoints and incident reports Requirements REQUIREMENTS Valid Alberta Security Guard License (ABST)
