Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Dismantler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely disassembling equipment and machinery, ensuring all parts are removed accurately and efficiently. This role is essential for preparing components for recycling, resale, or proper disposal. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working with various hand and power tools in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Carefully dismantle machinery and equipment using appropriate tools
Remove parts, components, and assemblies without damaging valuable or sensitive items
Follow safety protocols and procedures during disassembly processes
Sort and organize parts for further processing or disposal
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Inspect dismantled parts for quality and condition, reporting any issues to supervisors
Adhere to project timelines and work efficiently to meet deadlines

Skills




Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery components and disassembly techniques
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Experience with power tools including drills, saws, grinders, or similar equipment is preferred
Strong attention to detail to ensure proper removal of parts without damage
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a safety-conscious environment
Positive physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
