You must be ready to work in outdoor environments exposed to noise and dust while working at various heights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, assemble, and shape wood and steel materials
• Fit and install critical fixtures like windows and stairs
• Schedule and manage daily site work
• Provide training and support to apprentices
• Read and analyze specifications and blueprints

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 2-3 years of hands-on construction experience
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Willingness to work outdoors at heights
• Strong interpretation skills for blueprints
