This full time position reports to the Superintendent of Integrated Planning, emphasizing safe and effective production strategies. You'll play a vital role in developing, optimizing, and executing short-range production plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for effective drill and blast activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop short-range integrated production plans and schedules
• Assist with drill and blast sequencing and QA/QC processes
• Analyze and support operational and maintenance plans
• Monitor and optimize performance and KPI metrics
• Prepare schedules and updates for team stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Eligible for EIT or registered as P.Eng.
• 3–5 years open-pit mining experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication expertise
• Commitment to safety and teamwork principles
