RBC is looking for a Lead AI Security Researcher to spearhead AI/ML threat research and vulnerability assessments. This role focuses on securing financial services by identifying AI-specific threats and developing defense strategies.
As a key individual contributor, you will engage deeply in AI security research, focusing on emerging vulnerabilities and threats within RBC's financial technology ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate advanced research into scalable security mitigations, reinforcing RBC's role as a leader in AI security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze emerging AI security threats and vulnerabilities
• Conduct hands-on testing of critical AI applications
• Develop scalable security assessment frameworks
• Produce high-impact technical reports and analyses
• Collaborate with third-party AI security vendors
Requirements:
• 5+ years in security research and vulnerability assessment
• 2+ years in AI/ML security research
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
• Understanding of AI/ML architectures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
