Extendicare is on the lookout for a Human Resources Manager to enhance HR strategies for our ParaMed division located in Markham, Ontario. This hybrid role will leverage your innovative HR skills to foster a supportive workplace culture.
In your capacity as HR Manager, you will partner with business leaders to operationalize HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Your adeptness in people management and HR analytics will be vital as you drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute strategic HR initiatives
• Identify and solve key personnel issues within the business
• Present Workday analytics to business leaders
• Oversee daily HR operations seamlessly
• Support leaders on complex HR challenges
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma focused on Human Resources
• CHRP or CHRL certification is advantageous
• Minimum of 5-7 years HR experience
• Hands-on experience in a unionized setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
