Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services within the resident neighborhood
• Lead shifts and communicate changes in resident status
• Document significant changes in resident conditions accurately
• Process physician orders in a timely manner
• Report challenges in orders to the Director of Care
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Registration in good standing with provincial registry
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
