The Hotel Portfolio Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and profitability of multiple hotels within the portfolio. This role ensures each property meets company standards while allowing ownership to focus on strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of all portfolio hotels.
Provide leadership and support to General Managers and hotel staff.
Monitor hotel performance, including occupancy, revenue, labor costs, and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular property visits and weekly operational meetings.
Ensure high standards for housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and guest service.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
Support sales initiatives and identify prospects to increase occupancy and revenue.
Assist with recruiting, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
Ensure compliance with company policies,



brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare weekly operational reports and recommend improvements to ownership.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience.
Multi-property or General Manager experience preferred.
Robust understanding of hotel operations, staffing, maintenance, and guest service.
Experience with hotel PMS systems and operational reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel regularly between portfolio properties.
Valid driver's licence.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to Ownership and is responsible for the operational performance of all hotels within the portfolio.

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
