Responsibilities: Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and skilled manner.

Answering and directing phone calls.

Sorting and distributing mail.

Managing and summarizing emails, mail, and office messages.

Providing administrative support to the team.

Caretaking of the lobby area, receptionist desk, and the kitchen.

Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements: One or more years of related experience working in a corporate setting.

Customer service experience.

Excellent communication skills, in-person and over the phone.

Experience operating a multi-line phone system.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work well independently.
