Clubhouse Server

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers have a positive dining experience.
Greet members and guests.
Present menus and provide information about food and beverage options and make suggestions based on their preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
Communicate allergies, special requests and dietary restrictions to kitchen staff.
Ensure food and beverage orders are correct beforehand and served in a timely manner.
Monitor customer satisfaction throughout dining experience and address any issues promptly should they arise.
Process payments and transactions with accuracy.




Clean and reset tables when customers leave and maintain general cleanliness in dining room/deck areas, including workspaces throughout the day (counters, floors, shelves, etc.).
Restock items when needed.
Other variety of duties as required by management.

Additional
Smart Serve certification is required.
Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
Solid customer service skills and attention to detail is significant to create a positive experience for all members and guests.
Ability to work as a team in a quick-paced environment.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
