We are hiring Valve Technicians, experienced Millwrights and Mechanical Technicians for upcoming industrial site projects in Alberta.

We are open to candidates with direct valve experience, as well as experienced Millwrights and mechanically skilled tradespeople with robust industrial experience who are interested in developing their valve servicing skills.

Project Schedule

Multiple upcoming industrial projects with:
Start dates in late August and early September
Project durations ranging from several weeks to approximately one month
6-on/1-off and extended consecutive-day rotations
11.5- to 12-hour shifts
Approximately 12 technicians required per project

Transportation to and from the industrial sites will be provided from Edmonton.

Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble and overhaul industrial valves.
Repair and reassemble valves and associated equipment.
Perform pressure and function testing.
Work with actuators, gearboxes and valve operators.
Use torque equipment and other mechanical tools.
Support shutdown and maintenance activities.
Complete required QA and safety documentation.
Participate in toolbox talks and risk assessments.
Maintain a secure and organized work area.
Follow all client and company HSEQ requirements.





Qualifications
Valve Technician or valve servicing experience is preferred.
Millwrights are encouraged to apply, including apprentices
Robust mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Industrial maintenance or shutdown experience is an asset.
Experience with actuators, gearboxes, pumps or other industrial mechanical equipment is an asset.
Strong commitment to safety.
Comfortable working extended shifts and industrial site rotations.
