Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide exceptional care and support with daily living activities to our father.

He is just returning home after a hospital stay for pneumonia.

Your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in his recovery and in helping the family care for him at home.

Responsibilities -Assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming,



and mobility support -Assistance in the performance of physiotherapy exercises -Assistance in completing two daily walks using a mobilty aid -Provide companionship and dialogue -Assist with laundry and keeping his surroundings clean -Offer support with mobility aids and transfer techniques to prevent falls or injuries -Document care activities, observations, and any changes in health status clearly and promptly

Skills -A robust understanding of dementia care strategies -Effective communication skills for collaborating with family members We are a loving family that highly appreciates your care and expertise.
