Dependable Truck & Tank Limited was founded in 1975 and is, as it began, a family operated business. Our cutting-edge design and engineering concepts allow us to manufacture cargo tanks, trailers and emergency vehicles to our client’s specifications. We manufacture versatile cargo tanks and trailer tankers for the distribution of petroleum products and other bulk related products. We also manufacture tankers for municipal maintenance applications. Our custom tanks range in size from 2000 litre truck-mounted units to 60,000 litre B-train units.

We are looking for a FIELD SERVICE PETROLEUM CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN (METER CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN) to work on Heavy Trucks metering systems.

Job responsibilities:
Travel to various customer sites to perform calibrations on bulk Petroleum Meters on Heavy Trucks as per Canada Measurement Standards
Perform minor meter repairs for gas, diesel, lube oil, and DEF meters
Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of petroleum pumps and metering equipment

Requirements and Skills:
Valid and Clean Drivers License




Diesel Truck/Automotive experience is an asset
Must be mechanically inclined with own tools
Excellent with Mathematics
Willing to learn
Able to prepare reports
Customer service skills
Valid and Clean Drivers License
