Responsibilities
Operate heavy machinery such as chainsaws, skid steers, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain trails, pathways, and landscaped areas through manual labor and power tools
Support land restoration projects by installing erosion control measures and planting native vegetation
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met




Follow safety protocols diligently during all activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environmentSkills
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining power tools and heavy equipment
Construction experience with familiarity in site preparation, grading, or landscaping tasks
Ability to operate heavy machinery such as loaders or excavators is a plus
Experience in landscape maintenance or land management projects
Proficiency with hand tools including saws, shovels, pruners, and other manual equipment
Knowledge of GIS applications for mapping and land assessment purposes
Clean drivers abstract
Strong maintenance skills for routine upkeep of tools, machinery, and work sites
