Qualifications

We are seeking an individual that is organized,



detailed-oriented and highly self-motivated by growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be:
Skilled with technology and computers
Robust Communication Skills
Post Secondary Education is an asset
Time Management Skills
Previous experience in customer service
Can work well as part of a team
Self motivated with attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

-Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
-Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
