We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team in the Fraser Valley (Taxi Business). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced setting and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with bookings and inquiries
Dispatch drivers efficiently using the system
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally
Maintain accurate records of trips and communications
Qualifications:
Robust customer service skills
Clear and professional phone manner
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Basic computer skills
Previous dispatch is required
Job Types: Full time, Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
