Our client has been operating in the Ottawa market for decades and provides a broad range of services includingmercial renovations, tenant improvements, additions, reconstruction, disaster restoration, property management capital projects, and select new construction assignments.

Over the years, thepany has grown from a small local contractor into a full-service construction and restoration business servingmercial, residential, industrial, and institutional clients across the region Your current role Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, clientmunication, site coordination, change management, and overall project delivery.

Project work is varied and can includemercial renovations, tenant improvements, reconstruction projects, additions, restoration assignments, and property management-related capital work.





This position is best suited to someone who enjoys working across a wide range of project types and values a hands-on approach to project delivery What you''ll need to succeed 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction

Experience deliveringmercial renovations, fit-ups, restoration, additions, or similar projects

Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
