Job Description:

As an Optical Sales Associate, you will act as the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through the selection of eyewear and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your responsibilities will include frame and lens selection, appointment management, and accurate record keeping.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that suit their optical needs.
Advise on the latest eyewear trends and optical technologies.
Process transactions and manage cash and credit payments.
Schedule and manage appointments for eye exams.
Maintain precise patient records.
Manage inventory, including stocking and ordering optical supplies.
Keep the display area organized and visually attractive.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.




Familiarity with point of sale systems, basic computer, phone, and math skills.
Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with a high level of accuracy.
Proven sales skills with accountability for sales results and a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
