Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and hygiene regulations
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours




Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredient availability
Follow all food safety protocols and maintain proper food storage procedures

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation within a restaurant or similar setting
Solid knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and hygiene practices
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality and safety
