Production and Packaging Operator IS2 Workforce Solutions is hiring Production and Packaging Operator for a well-established manufacturing client in Cobourg, ON.

This is a full-time chance with steady weekday shifts, training provided, and room for long-term growth.

No experience required we are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and work as part of a team.

What We Offer Full time, Monday to Friday employment $19 per hour Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM 12:00 AM Weekends off, with long weekends on the afternoon shift Training provided and opportunity for advancement What Youll Be Doing As a Production and Packaging Operator, you will support daily production and packaging duties, including: Preparing, producing, packaging, and labeling candy products Measuring, mixing,



and handling ingredients according to procedures Operating basic production equipment and following production schedules Completing visual quality checks and reporting concerns to a supervisor Maintaining a clean, secure work area and following health, safety, and food safety requirements Working with team members to meet daily production targets What Were Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to follow instructions, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements CSA-approved safety footwear Reliable transportation to the Cobourg area Ability to work scheduled shifts Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset, but not required
