Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy in math calculations
Prepare and serve food items following proper food safety and sanitation standards, including food handling and food preparation procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations in compliance with sanitation guidelines




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables and transactions efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
