Responsibilities
Perform post-construction cleaning, removing dust, debris, and construction residue.
Complete turnover suite cleans to prepare units for recent tenants or owners.




Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, fixtures, windows, and all surfaces.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail units to move-in-ready standards.
Report any deficiencies or maintenance concerns.

Requirements
Experience with post-construction or turnover cleaning preferred.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
