Duties
Provide a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and products
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations
Upsell retail products that complement client needs and enhance their overall experience
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
Foster positive client relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service




Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery

Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or license as required by state regulations
Proven experience in hair styling with a solid portfolio of work preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon setting
Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a passion for the beauty industry
