Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building and restoration projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety standards are met at every stage. Your expertise will contribute to creating durable structures, restoring existing facilities, and supporting the overall success of our construction initiatives. Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as concrete finishing, framing, siding installation, and carpentry
Read and understand schematics for electrical, plumbing, and structural components to ensure accurate implementation
Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to create durable foundations and surfaces
Conduct restoration work including siding replacement, woodwork repairs, and structural reinforcement
Use hand tools effectively for carpentry tasks such as cutting, shaping,



and assembling materials
Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor required for construction sites while adhering to safety protocols

Experience
Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry, concrete work, or related trades
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration projects
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes (training/certification preferred)
Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks
Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
