Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable time at our establishment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
Assist with kitchen tasks as needed, ensuring timely service during busy periods.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Requirements




Previous serving/bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards.
Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
A friendly demeanor with exceptional hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
