Lead AI governance with McCain Foods in Toronto, Canada. The Use Case Governance and Operations Manager will establish standards and controls for AI solutions, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.

In this full time role, you will report to the VP of Artificial Intelligence and focus on Responsible AI governance, risk classification, and operational performance. Collaborate with AI, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to enhance quality standards and maintain trust in McCain’s AI innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance Responsible AI standards across fairness and reliability
• Establish evaluation methodologies for AI use cases
• Lead stage-gate reviews from design to deployment




• Maintain AI evaluation frameworks and validation practices
• Deliver portfolio-level reporting on use case performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years in AI/ML governance or risk management
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Strong knowledge of AI evaluation methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
