NWPM Inc. has been serving the Lower Mainland for 14 years with an established team, proven operations and a robust existing customer base.

We are looking for an experienced salesperson who wants to build something. You will inherit existing customers, leads and established brands, while being responsible for aggressively growing two divisions. This is not a cold-start sales role.

GrandGrass — synthetic grass sales to landscapers, contractors and retailers.
TurfNew — synthetic grass cleaning, maintenance and repair services.

What You’ll Do
Prospect and call contractors, retailers and past customers
Build new B2B relationships and follow up consistently
Sell synthetic grass and maintenance services
Grow GrandGrass and TurfNew into recent markets
Manage your pipeline and customer activity in HubSpot

Who We Want
Proven B2B sales or business development experience




Strong qualified phone presence and communication skills
Confident dealing with business owners and decision-makers
Persistent, competitive and motivated by earning potential
Organized and comfortable making outbound calls every day
Able to work independently and be accountable for results

Compensation
$50,000 base salary
Uncapped commission
Expected first-year earnings: $85,000–$120,000+
