Sterling Ford Sales has an immediate opening for a full time, bilingual Service Advisor. We are a rapid growing, high volume dealership, offering a competitive salary with pension and benefits package.

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm. (Sundays and Mondays off)

At least 3 years of experience in automotive service advising.

Daily responsibilities for a member of the service team include:
Greeting clients and assessing their needs.
Providing helpful & knowledge-based information regarding various Ford makes & models.




Advising clients regarding each vehicle’s service and maintenance plan.
Responding to service related questions (i.e. after consulting with Technicians).
Communicating with Technicians and identifying problems, repairs and possible alternatives.
Discussing warranty protection options with clients.
Managing each client interaction from start to finish.
Arranging shuttle service as needed.
Ensuring each client has a positive experience.
Working with Managers and Senior Management Team as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
