In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Paint parts using handheld spray guns and automated electrostatic painting equipment
Adjust painting equipment as needed, including nozzles and flow rates
Prepare and change paint according to the required formulas and colors
Collaborate with the quality team to verify part compliance and complete the required inspections
Clean and maintain painting equipment while adhering to quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Full time permanent position
Shift: 5×8-hour shifts during the day, evening, or night (based on seniority)
Salary: $28.02/hour
Bonuses: $1.50/hour for evening shifts and $2/hour for night shifts
