Boutique law firm looking for Immigration Legal Assistant.

We have been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Immigration Law boutiques in the Globe and Mail and in Canadian Lawyer Magazine.

Our firm advises individuals, public and private companies, universities, not-for profit organizations, as well as other law firms. By focusing exclusively on immigration and citizenship law, we are able to provide our clients with in-depth knowledge of how immigration law and policy works.

Main Duties:
Assisting lawyers in preparing legal documentation and case files;
Communications with the clients, vendors and authorities; and
Perform other general and administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
Previous work experience as a legal assistant, or paralegal, in immigration,



is an asset;
Outstanding proficiency in English, particularly for excellent legal writing skills is required;
Capacities in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Calendar are required.

Salary: to be discussed based on experience.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
