PLATO is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to manage a full time, in office role. You will oversee the execution of Agile methodologies, support cross-functional teams, and ensure the alignment of stakeholders’ needs. This position focuses on overcoming project impediments and enhancing data management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure team collaboration
Remove impediments linked to policies and legacy systems
Oversee backlog refinement for timely feature delivery
Manage dependencies within teams and external stakeholders
Support governance and reporting requirements
Requirements:
10+ years in Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead roles
Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile practices
Proven experience in migration planning and integrity controls
Ability to track delivery using Agile metrics effectively
Scrum Master certification and public sector experience preferred
