Responsibilities
Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as membrane roof rolls, shingles, plywood, and metal sheets to support roofing tasks
Required to read, write and understand English.
Use caulking techniques to seal joints and prevent leaks on roofing structures
Support carpentry tasks as related to roofing.
Maintain a clean and protected work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly




Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure personal safety and that of team members during all activities

Qualifications
Experience with hand tools, construction sites, or handyman work preferred but not required
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
Roofing experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Good physical condition with the stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $22.00-$39.00 per hour
