Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of food and beverage options
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and processing of transactions
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and provide exceptional guest services
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of tables,



service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations

Requirements
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to perform basic math for order calculations and cash handling accurately
Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
