Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge of all makes and models including ATV's, Side x Side's, Motorcycles and Snowmobiles. This role is essential for maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and machinery.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist in training new technicians as needed.

Requirements




Proven experience as a Licensed Technician.
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Solid communication skills to interact with team members and management.
A commitment to adhering to safety standards in all tasks.
