Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership lot by providing excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle inventory. This position requires spending much of the day outside, moving vehicles from one lot to another and organizing the lots. You must have a valid Ontario Drivers license and be able to provide a drivers abstract.
Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
Assist with the movement of vehicles on the lot for sales events or customer requests.
Provide support to sales staff by preparing vehicles for test drives and ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Checking in New vehicle drop offs.
Maintaining the Used car lot with Signage and Organization
Assist in managing inventory by keeping track of vehicle locations and status updates.
Clearing snow off vehicles in Winter times
Some detailing of vehciles as needed
Qualifications
A background in working within a dealership environment is beneficial but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for operating vehicles on the lot.
