Responsibilities
Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and respect among children
Observe and assess individual progress, maintaining detailed records of developmental milestones and learning outcomes
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and classroom activities
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and ensure consistency across programs
Manage classroom routines efficiently,



including scheduling, transitions, and behavior management

Qualifications
Valid certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education or Montessori teaching credentials
Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including those with disabilities or special needs
Solid communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging with children, parents, and team members
Demonstrated classroom experience with effective time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Leadership qualities with the ability to guide children positively while maintaining a structured setting
