We're looking for a friendly and dependable Receptionist & Animal Care Assistant to join our veterinary team. This role combines exceptional customer service with hands-on animal care, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a difference in the lives of pets and their families.

What You'll DoReception
Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries.
Process payments and maintain accurate medical records.
Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Animal Care
Assist with handling and restraining pets during exams and treatments.
Feed, walk, and care for hospitalized animals.
Clean and disinfect kennels, exam rooms, and treatment areas.
Prepare supplies and support veterinarians and veterinary technicians throughout the day.




Help ensure every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Loves working with both people and animals.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a rapid-paced workplace.
Is comfortable handling dogs, cats, and other small animals.
Has previous experience in customer service, animal care, or a veterinary clinic (an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!).
