Responsibilities
Assist hairstylists with client preparation, including shampooing, conditioning, and setting up styling tools
Ensure the salon remains spotless by adhering to sanitation standards and cleaning stations regularly
Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs promptly
Support retail sales efforts by recommending hair care products tailored to client preferences
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments




Communicate clearly with clients about services offered and promote upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
Maintain organized workspaces and assist in inventory management of salon supplies

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Knowledge of basic hair styling techniques is a plus; training will be provided for those eager to learn
Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a rapid-paced workplace
Reliable, energetic, with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
