Protrans Personnel Services is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a leading transportation company located in Dorval, Quebec .

Location: Dorval, QC (Near Montreal Airport) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 3pm to 11pm Pay Rate: $21.53/hour (Weekly pay deposited directly into your bank account) Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma required Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) Must have access to a reliable vehicle for commuting Previous experience in a transportation or logistics company is required Minimum 1 year of transportation industry experience Experience using AS400 software is required Solid communication, customer service,



and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently with both internal and external customers Knowledge of telephone systems Post-secondary education is considered an asset Call center experience in a quick-paced setting is considered an asset Key Responsibilities Enter transportation loads accurately into the system Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and operations teams Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers Maintain accurate records and documentation within the AS400 system Support daily transportation and logistics operations as required #ONLID01
