We are seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events from start to finish.

This role will work closely with clients, vendors, staff, and internal teams to ensure events are well organized and run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys being hands-on and customer-facing.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate event details from initial planning through to event completion.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event requirements.

Assist with event timelines, schedules, logistics, and coordination.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and service providers.

Prepare event materials, schedules, guest lists, and other required documentation.

Assist with set-up, execution, and tear-down of events as required.

Be present and actively involved during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Welcome and assist guests while providing a professional and positive experience.





Troubleshoot issues that arise during events and find timely solutions.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure all event requirements are communicated and completed.

Track event details, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed.

Assist with post-event follow-up and gather client feedback.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners.

Qualifications Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Comfortable working in a quick-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.
