Job Summary
We are hiring a Construction Labourer to assist with daily job-site operations, support skilled trades, and help keep projects running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow their skills in residential construction.
Responsibilities
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare and clean job sites at the start and end of each day
Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with tasks as needed
Perform general labour duties (carrying materials, debris removal, basic site prep)
Operate basic hand tools and help with equipment setup
Assist with installation of windows, doors,
and siding when required
Maintain a secure, clean, and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather
Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required)
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
Reliable transportation to job sites
Min. 2 Years construction experience
Able to operate tools
