We are seeking a Certified Counterbalance Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Alliston, Ontario, within a busy automotive parts manufacturing and warehousing environment. This role is ideal for a dependable forklift operator with 1 to 2 years of experience who is confident loading trailers, moving materials safely, and supporting accurate shipping and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities




Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Load trailers accurately while following shipping, dock, and safety procedures.
Move parts, finished goods, materials, and inventory throughout the facility as required.
Support shipping, receiving, production, and warehouse teams to maintain steady product flow.
Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment, safety, or maintenance concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company procedures.

Compensation and Advantages
Salary range: $43,680 to $44,720 per year.
