Job Summary We are hiring a Certified Center Rider/Reach/Counterbalance operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a clean, temperature-controlled consumer packaged goods manufacturing facility in Mississauga, ON.

This is an excellent prospect for a well-spoken Walkie/Centre Rider Operator who wants to expand their operations experience by learning backup dispatch responsibilities.

This role offers a balanced mix of warehouse operations and office-based dispatch support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active while also developing new administrative and coordination skills.

You will join a supportive team setting with hands-on training, steady afternoon hours, and the prospect to grow into a broader operations role.

Key Responsibilities - Operate a Walkie/Centre Rider safely and efficiently to support order picking and warehouse movement.



- Pick orders accurately in a fast-paced production and distribution setting. - Provide backup dispatch support in the office when required, including communication and coordination support. - Assist with daily warehouse operations to help maintain productivity, accuracy, and workflow. - Follow all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and workplace standards. - Complete other warehouse and operations duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits - Pay rate: $21.50 per hour. - Job type: Temp-to-hire. - Shift: Afternoon shift, 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. - Training: Day shift training for approximately one week. - Location: Mississauga, ON. - Work environment: Temperature-controlled facility. - Bus accessible location.
