Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct business process analysis to uncover inefficiencies • Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements • Drive reengineering initiatives to optimize service delivery • Hold workshops and discussions to evaluate project options • Assist in testing and document outcomes of projects

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related and minimum 5 years of experience • Proven experience in a business analyst capacity • Additional certifications in business analysis are advantageous • Municipality IT project experience is beneficial • Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence mandatorily required
