As a key member of the communication team, you will collaborate under the guidance of the Manager, Fund Development and Communications. This role requires solid skills in fundraising, donor stewardship, and public engagement, as you’ll coordinate various campaigns to enhance community awareness and support organizational objectives. Your contributions will directly impact relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities
• Develop and implement marketing and communications plans
• Manage sponsorship opportunities and community events




• Maintain accurate records and meet established project deadlines
• Conduct organizational storytelling and enhance public visibility
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in fund development or a similar role
• Knowledge of donor relations and fundraising principles
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
