DFI is looking for a Journeyman Welder or 3rd year Apprentice to join our skilled production team. You'll be instrumental in manufacturing helical piles and supporting operations at our ERW pipe mill. Experience with screw pile fabrication is essential, and you'll work in a company that values innovation and your input.

Key Responsibilities: • Participate in helical pile manufacturing processes • Conduct repairs on company machinery regularly • Support operations at the ERW pipe mill • Perform other welding duties as assigned • Manage heavy lifting as required during workflows

Requirements: • Registered Journeyman or in 3rd year of Apprenticeship • Minimum of 2 years in screw pile manufacturing • CWB Certification in FCAW/ MCAW required • Strong communication skills for teamwork • Class 5 driver's license and dependable vehicle
