OMERS, a leading Canadian pension plan, seeks a Director, Legal & Compliance to join the Global Compliance & Ethics team in Toronto. You will develop and maintain a global compliance program and provide transaction support to lawyers and investment teams.
Reporting to the Vice President, Legal & Compliance, you will lead due diligence, policy management, training, and monitoring across North America and other jurisdictions.
