Empire Life is hiring a Sales Manager, Empire Connect to lead a digital-first transformation within our Retail Distribution team. You will drive growth by partnering with brokers and internal stakeholders, while coordinating budgets and forecasting across departments.
The role requires a University degree, life licensing, and 5+ years in sales management within insurance/financial services, with robust communication and leadership capabilities. Bilingual English/French is a plus.
