Make a difference as a Community-Based Registered Behaviour Analyst at Monarch House, focusing on children with ASD and other developmental challenges. This part time role includes travel around Whitby, Oshawa, and more.

You will be responsible for assessing client's unique needs and developing personalized ABA interventions that promote positive behavior changes. Collaborating with caregivers and leading teams will enhance your role, providing essential guidance and support to staff. Effective mentorship and clear communication are vital in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate client needs and create tailored intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Behavioral Therapists and students




• Carry out Functional Analyses and assessments
• Conduct feedback sessions for ongoing staff development
• Lead team collaborations regularly

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ASD
• Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis required
• Valid driver’s license for community travel
• Experience with behavior assessments and tools
• Some evening and weekend work may be required
